Salut,

Hi,

Excuse me because I dont speak French (used the translator), but this is the only site I found with Technibel information.
Thank you for your help!

Re: ERROR FL + Gr
Hi
i suppose you have these docs:https://service.technibel.com/area_rise ... INS_EG.zip
'Gr' means that UnitExternal (PHRT) is in default
'Fl' means a flow Alarm
if it's the case, on the ECH 210BDT regulator which is outside, an alarm such 'E41' is displayed a few seconds after the reset(acknowledge on Aquaset)
it could be a pb with the circulator(water pump) which is not rotating, or not powered on, or flow is blocked ( valves on thermal unit are closed ) or ...
if no alarm are displayed on ECH, the pb could be on this board: for example the wiring 4 on CN6 connector is brocken
an another doc for PHRT regulator (ECH2xx which display the error) :https://www.tpiab.com/res/Invensys/ech2 ... g62002.pdf
all the alarm at chapt 10
bye

Re: ERROR FL + Gr
Thank you for the information and documentation Bubus! I will check what you explain
I read in the manual that you can change a micro-switch in the CWC2 board to avoid the machine to activate the FL alarm. I tried that and it worked good for an entire day, but now it doesn't work anymore and I only get "Gr" fault. I'm sure there is water flow and I feel the circulating pump is working and moving water, (and when is running for a short period it send the cold water to the fancoils, so I think that's the prove that it works)
PS: My exact model is PHRIE197

hiPS: My exact model is PHRIE197
sorry but no knowledge about this inverter pac and the differend e- board used
but i can have a look at the docs and tell you that could happen
have you check the wiring on the flow detector? it could be 'open' J1 FlowSwitch with connector (24,25)
KA2 relay(coil and contact) for FS
connector FS on A2 board : contact KA2 without voltage

Re: ERROR FL + Gr
hi
??
some diag to perform:
1) to verify if "Gr" alarm comes from this board A1
2) to verify if alarms, other than "flow"(managed by A2 board), are present on External Unit and could explain the "Gr" alarm on Aquaset
3)
all schematics are extract from the 'service manual'
4)an another way to diag the 'Gr' alarm; extract from K60D70 doc bye
